The active system consists of the following:
- The base station with up to 64 radio channels
- The leaky feeder cable

Added to this are passive elements, such as:
- 3-way distributors
- 4-way distributors
- Terminal element
Various applications can be operated via the modular radio network, such as:
- Voice communication with walkie-talkies
- Telephone transmission to walkie-talkies
- Data communication with radio modems
- Video transmission
